Role: Service & Logistics Manager, Outbound & Trading
Reporting to: Senior Logistics Manager
As a Service & Logistics Manager you will lead an international remote team responsible for outbound logistics across our Nordic remarketing centers and our Paris JV. You will ensure a smooth end-to-end order fulfillment process, from Trading Sales order to delivery and invoicing.
You will play a key role in developing and harmonizing our outbound operations across markets, improving processes, tools and ways of working. At the same time, you will build a collaborative team culture where people share knowledge and best practices to continuously improve performance.

With our current Outbound Logistics leader transitioning to a new challenge within the organization, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven professional to lead the function and help take our logistics performance to the next level.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks
Lead and develop the three-person Outbound team, setting clear targets, supporting daily operations and fostering a close, collaborative culture. We welcome candidates with strong functional expertise and proven leadership skills who are ready to grow into a people management role with direct reports.
Drive operational performance and customer excellence by monitoring KPIs, service levels and targets, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process.
Participate in carrier and LSP partnerships, including performance follow-up, escalations, contract negotiations and implementation of new carriers.
Develop and harmonize Trading Sales fulfillment processes across the Nordic countries and Paris JV, identifying gaps and driving improvements in ways of working, tools and systems.
Support omnichannel sales and operations by ensuring effective planning and execution of logistics for omnichannel deliveries.
Coordinate the KYC onboarding process for new Trading customers together with the Shared Service Center, ensuring required information and documentation is collected, maintained and distributed to the relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of Trading Sales services and logistics solutions, working closely with Group Unified Operations and other key stakeholders.
Act as the Trading key user for ServiceNow, driving the development of outbound-related capabilities and ensuring that tools and systems support business needs.
What you bring with you
Strong experience in logistics and customer service, including order fulfillment and inbound/outbound operations.
Experience leading and developing teams in an international environment, with strong organizational and people skills.
A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to develop services, processes and ways of working.
Excellent communication skills, including documentation, presentation, training and information sharing.
Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach, with the ability to manage challenges effectively.
Good IT skills and experience with common office tools, ideally combined with experience in IT lifecycle management.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration; a degree in Logistics is an advantage.
At least 3 years of relevant logistics and/or customer service experience, either in a forwarding or shipper environment.
Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) qualification is considered as an asset
Lean Management certification is considered an advantage.
A positive, proactive attitude and motivation to make things happen.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, other Nordic languages seen as an asset
