Finance Business Partner, Business Lines
Reporting to: Group Finance Director
Job role and purpose: We’re looking for two proactive, commercially minded Finance Business Partners to support our Technology Lifecycle Management and Lifecycle Services business lines. In this role you will partner with senior business leaders, providing financial insight, analysis and guidance to support decision-making to drive sustainable business performance.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will sit at the intersection of Finance and Business - turning financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights. With a blend of curiosity, commercial instinct, and strategic thinking, you will help steer the business through growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
With end‑to‑end ownership of business line financials in a multi‑entity, multi‑currency environment, you will set high standards for financial excellence, ensuring rigorous governance, sharp insights, and future‑proof decision-making. You will lead critical planning cycles, design robust financial models, and elevate our performance dialogue with strategic, forward‑looking analysis.
This role is ideal for a finance leader who thrives on turning complex financial insights into strategic actions and enjoys influencing business direction at a senior level.
Main responsibilities & tasks:
· Partner with business line management to provide financial insights that influence strategic and operational decisions.
· Drive Business Line profitability and support long-term planning and financial modeling.
· Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, enhancing efficiency, profitability, and value creation.
· Lead business line budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, while streamlining processes with finance and country teams.
· Align financial targets with business unit and country goals, including headcount planning.
· Own the Business Line P&L and deliver clear performance analysis and timely financial reporting.
· Build financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses to support investments and strategic initiatives.
· Maintain structured reporting (P&Ls, commissions, margin and revenue reports) and develop KPIs and dashboards.
· Identify risks, opportunities, cost savings, and revenue enhancing actions, providing proactive recommendations.
· Ensure strong financial controls while enabling commercial flexibility.
· Prepare accurate KPI and data inputs for Board reporting and lead bottom-up P&L reviews.
· Identify and drive process improvements across finance and operations.
· Support new commercial offerings and define related finance processes.
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and transfer pricing requirements.
· Assess financial risks related to the business line.
· Foster cross functional collaboration and support change and transformation initiatives
Qualifications and experience:
· Relevant degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
· 6+ years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or a similar role, experience of international matrix organization
· Strong financial and analytical skills with solid understanding and experience of finance processes in multi-national environment
· Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in an international environment
· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
· Commercially minded, with strong business acumen and strategic mindset
· Ability to identify inefficiencies, drive change and continuous improvement
· Independent, proactive, and adaptable; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Fluent communication skills in English, Finnish and/or Swedish language skills are seen as a benefit
· Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills; experience with BI-tools (Qlik Sense) is a plus
· Willingness to travel occasionally
