Job role and purpose
You will be part of the Financial Administration team consisting of 2 accountants including you, a controller and the Finance Manager to whom you will report directly to.
You will work closely together with your 3 finance colleges and the rest of the organization, supporting a diverse range of partners and customers.
Your main responsibilities will include almost all types of tasks, as we prioritize a diverse working day and the possibility to help each other. You will have your own portfolio of customers to whom you send invoices and follow up on late payments, you pay vendors and respond to reminders and requests. You play a key role in ensuring correct posting and approval of vendor documents. At month- and year end closing, you may assist in minor scale and are open for ad hoc task if needed.
We work with the following systems: Pagero, Rillion Prime, Readsoft, Microsoft Dynamics NAV (will move to Business Central Premium) – knowledge of these systems is a clear advantage!
Key responsibilities
· Deliver excellent service and support to internal and external partners
· Responsible for invoice selling to one or two funding partners
· Handle inquiries from funding partners, customers and vendors
· Handling of - and collecting debtors' debts
· Ensure correct posting and approval of vendor documents
· Handling and control of vendors, including payments
· Participate in implementation of Business Central Premium and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Qualifications and experience
· Accounting/bookkeeping education and experience in accounting/bookkeeping
· Knowledge of VAT rules
· Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
· Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Team player, able to say no, ask for help and help others
· Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain overview
· Solution-oriented and proactive in handling challenges
· High integrity, engagement, and willingness to support colleges, customers and partners
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork and humour

About 3stepIT Denmark
3stepIT Denmark currently employs 24 people. The local leadership team includes Managing Director Lasse Garby, Sales Director Mark Christensen, Customer Operations Manager Christian Østergaard, and Finance Manager Michael B. Friis.
The team consists of 4 individuals in finance, including you, 7 in customer service, and 13 in sales and product management.
